We have now partnered with Zareba Systems. We are both committed to a 360° after purchase Customer Support Strategy. Our job is to work with all Electric Fence Controller customers and provide direct support that will insure ongoing satisfaction of your purchase. 

Please provide the following when preparing your Electric Fence Controller for shipment: 

  • * A copy of your Ticket ID (you will receive this via e-mail within 24 hours of submission) * A copy of your FREE pre-paid shipping label adhered to the outside packaging (you will receive this via e-mail as well) 
  • * Your Name, return Shipping Address and Phone Number 
Place the fence controller only, in a secure box with sufficient packing material to pad the unit.You must use FedEx if you are using the FREE pre-paid shipping label. To find the Certified Shipping Center nearest you, please click here. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records. We will ship your unit(s) back using FedEx. The return shipping and handling fee is a flat rate of $20.00 (per machine) and will be processed upon submission of the below form. Please do not send any additional accessories: wire, insulators, posts etc. If any of these are sent with your unit there may be an additional shipping fee.
